Love My Love
So time goes faster than I think, apparently...3/4 of 2010 is almost gone!!!
I like my life, and have no complaints.
Thanks for family and friends who still stick around to support me and love me.

Friendzone or whatever that is
If you like someone, just say it, get the response, and deal with it......or leave him/her alone.
Or
If you don't want to date someone but still want to keep the person as your property, it's unfair! Think about it!

< 10
Finally, less than 10.
I'm still trying to move stuff to new apt, it's kind of hard to move everything here now since there's plumbing problems here, and I still need to use kitchent and bathroom next door :p Also, there's no blinds here either...I feel awkward living in a place without blinds.

昨天今天
So...I went to museum with Kayoko and her kids yesterday.
After that I helped my landlord show the apartments and helped maintenance guy clean up those paint on the floor.
Today was another alright day. I spent 4 hours in late afternoon working on my neighbor's yard.

Couple Thoughts
1. Luxuries don't really make you an elegant person, seriously!
2. Don't take advantage of foreigners.
3. We may not like other people's life style, but we have to make sure we like ours.

Busy day...sort of
So today I got the running/cycling plan done around noon, went to the guitar class at 4:00pm, and watched the movie at 7:30pm. Thank you, Caffe D'bolla, for the free movie movie premiere pass! The movie, The Kids Are All Right, was pretty good. And it's pretty cool to get to watch the movie a day before it opens in theater :D Anyway, I had an awesome day.
DaBai is going to 山東 today. Sounds FUN :D (although I personally don't like 孔子 that much)

Get Emotionally Attached to the Right Person
I always think...think when I walk, think when I eat, think when I wait for something...etc.
Since I don't have anything related to my day to write about, I'll just blog about some thoughts.
I observe people, and then decide whether I should put them into my friend pool. I trust people, of course, not everyone (especially after observing them for a while.) I don't make "good friends" very fast (although there are some exceptions so far), mainly because I need enough time to observe a person before I move them into my friend pool :)

Save energy :D
I went to Big Lots to buy curtains to cover up the living room/bedroom window so that I can keep the room cooler and make my computer screen more visiable :P I searched online for a while and couldn't be able to find the curtain with the width of my window, so I decided just go to stores and figured this out. I went to Walmart, Smith's, and Big Lots, and it seems like Big Lots has many selections with pretty good deal. At first I got a set with 2-panel curtains and a curtain pole (curtain poles in Big Lots are cheaper and with good quality), I went back home and tried to install the pole and curtains...and NO NO NO NO NO, they made the room way too dark. As advertised, it's Energy Efficient Curtain, but I don't like it :D Anyway, I went back to the store and exchange two 1-panel curtains; this time I picked something that actually works out well (besides they are way too long, which I can easily fix that if I want...however, I'm lazy, so I'm just going to leave it that way.) These actually decrease the heat and also keep the natural light :) The only drawback is that it's kind of like "princess style materials" which doesn't fit my personality :P

14th already
Today I still didn't run, with the same reason I had yesterday...but tomorrow, I should be able to get back to run again. My head hurts a little bit eariler today, but I'm fine now.
During my movie time of the day, I watched "She's out of my League." Not bad, and somewhat funny. I like the line that Devon said "If someone really loves you, then you are a ten." I think that's true. We don't have to be perfect to love someone or be loved by someone.
I'm looking forward to actually rent a "funny" movie later on this week. So far I just randomly picked the movie from top 20 list; I haven't encountered a bad movie yet, but I'd really like to watch a funny movie.

Sleepless Night, a good one
July 13 is good so far. My day started with "hanging out" with DaBai after I ate my "dinner" at midnight. We were studying, talking, and mocking each other as usual =D
DaBai's Chinese is getting better and better. I'm always surprised how fast he can memorize/regonize the characters, and I think he writes the characters well, although he doesn't agree with me on this. And later on, I think he'll get to pick up some Taiwanese since I speak Taiwanese to family and friends from time to time.
Btw, I have to admit that I think DaBai's homework are HARD. And for me, some questions are ambiguous.

Couple thoughts
Today didn't start really well; I woke up at 5:30am, and something not so plesant happened. I'm now just hoping that happiness will drive worries away soon!
1. Life is interesting; unexpected things really are not that cool most of the time, but we've always learned something from the experience. Staying calm and happy all the time is pretty hard, but eventually those unexpected life experience will train us become a better person.
2. The better way to help people is that you have to condsider and understand what circumstance they are under before providing the ideas. You may need to spend time on thinking and researching, but you can make sure that you are actually helping them, not dragging them into pitfalls. If you think they don't know what they are doing, you have to provide more information for them instead of watching them put their thoughts into practice.
